ملاحظات النكهة:The new season’s Huacai shows a strong fruity character in dry aroma—dense scents of guava, jackfruit, apricot, dried fruit, citrus, and pink floral notes. When hot water is poured in, you can smell the sweet aromas of honey, berries, and chocolate. Through sipping, Qianjie experiences in this Qianjie. Huacai 11 the interplay of sweet and sour from multiple fruits—dried mango, jackfruit, orange, passionfruit—clear juiciness, and a rounded mouthfeel. As the temperature slightly drops, the bright acidity of berries and the fresh sweetness of peach begin to emerge. After swallowing, you can feel a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of drinking black tea, with a very rich layering.

The dry fragrance featured distinct notes of magnolia, pineapple, yellow peach, and small Taiwanese mango, accompanied by a sweet fermentation aroma, making it very pleasant. When sipping, the entry was a rich tropical fruit acidity and sweetness, with particularly prominent flavors of ripe pineapple, passion fruit, and perfume lemon, along with a hint of black tea undertones. The mild fermentation sensation and light floral notes made one eager for another sip. As the temperature slightly dropped, the coffee began to exhibit characteristics of stone fruits like yellow peach and dried apricot, with bright and layered fruit acidity, making it quite unique.
