An F1 hybrid of the rust-resistant Catimor-type variety Naryelis and an Ethiopian landrace held as ET06 at CATIE, developed by CIRAD with ECOM. One of the newer F1 releases, combining high yield, rust resistance and strong cup quality. Florals and citrus brightness with delicate sweetness, clean light body and a faint tea-like finish.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92 °C, 1:15-1:16, medium-fine grind with a brisk first pour, to lift florals and bright acidity.
