هارار رواندا

Harar Rwanda — Brought from Mulungu in the Democratic Republic of Congo to the Rubona research station in Rwanda in 1956, it performed well across variety trials and was released in 2003. Typica lineage. Note that not every coffee sold as Harar descends from this same population.

Citrus and florals with bright, refined acidity, clean sweetness, light body and an airy black-tea finish.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92 °C, 1:15, medium-fine grind, staged pours, to keep clarity and sweetness forward.
