CATIE distributed it in the 1970s and it is very close to IHCAFE 90. Nuts and cocoa with soft citrus acidity and a balanced full body - a typical Catimor commercial profile.

Pour-over at 92-93 °C, 1:14-1:15, medium grind with a slightly longer drawdown, to build body and a cocoa finish.
