لورينا بوربون

Laurina Bourbon — A natural mutation of Bourbon with pointed cherries and beans and only about half the caffeine of ordinary Arabica; nearly lost, then revived on Reunion.

Flavor Profile

Delicate and sweet - citrus, florals and honey over bright acidity with a light body; the dense bean likes a slightly coarser grind to avoid over-extraction.

Brewing Tip

Pour-over at 90-92°C, 1:15 ratio, medium-fine grind, staged pours to keep clarity and sweetness.
